WELCOME
I support service-based business owners to claim their space, sharpen their message and build offers their market wants to buy.
Alongside my private coaching practice, I work with SMEs, organisations and professional bodies, delivering practical business training and development mentoring.
My approach combines strategic business thinking with mindset, practical tools and hands-on implementation, helping business owners and teams strengthen their commercial skills, make confident decisions and build more sustainable businesses.

MEET YOUR COACH
I’m a wife, busy mum of two, Business coach, speaker, podcast host, radio presenter and business owner.
For years I thought success meant working harder. Now I know it comes from thinking differently. That’s what I’ve been helping clients do for over 4 years.
With a background in sales and marketing, I provide business coaching to solo business owners providing clarity, maximising ideas, and putting systems in place to ensure they have a sustainable business long term – and one that’s unmistakably theirs.
Through my signature ELEVATE coaching programme, I support my clients in getting clear on who they are first, and then build a business around it that makes them the obvious choice for their ideal clients.
Most business owners don’t need another strategy. They need space to think.
You’re probably not lacking ideas. You’re drowning in them.
You’re second-guessing your prices. Wondering what to post online. Questioning your direction. Trying to grow while wearing every hat. The problem isn’t your capability – It’s the lack of clarity.
That’s where I come in…
If you’re feeling stuck, out of ideas, or just unsure of your next step, the business strategy session is an intensive 90 minute dive into your business exploring key areas that require attention. Leave with a personalised 90 day implementation plan for your business.
Also included is two weeks of follow-up support via WhatsApp.
If your business feels harder than it should, your message isn’t landing, or you’re constantly wondering where your next client is coming from, ELEVATE helps you build a business that attracts the right people with confidence.
Together, we’ll strengthen every part of your business from refining your personal brand and defining what makes you the obvious choice, to creating messaging that connects, offers that convert, and a customer journey designed to grow sustainably.
With personalised 1:1 coaching, monthly group workshops, peer accountability, and an on-demand learning library, you’ll have the strategy, support, and clarity to stop second-guessing and start building a business that works for you.

“Working with Brenda has been a transformative experience for me. Her insightful guidance and strategic approach have significantly elevated my business. Brenda’s advice around my ideas has been invaluable… She was just like a business partner and friend for 12 weeks. Delighted to have found her.”
“Brenda is bar none, the real deal (and authentic to boot). She is committed to exploring what your business goals are, and holding you accountable in a way that demands honest re-evaluation and actionable steps… one of the best decisions you’ll make for yourself.”
“After one year of working with Brenda, my attitude shifted massively. I had no systems in place and felt constantly frazzled. Now I have excitement to expand and feel confident that systems make it run smoothly. She helps me turn ideas into actionable plans instead of letting them sit in a notebook.”
