My story
For years I stayed somewhere that I outgrew. I spent over a decade working in hospitality. From the outside everything looked fine. Inside, I knew I wanted something different.
I convinced myself that maybe I should just be grateful. Maybe this was as good as it gets.
The catalyst came for me in the form of my son who was born in 2021. He was the reason I stopped making excuses and stopped letting fear be my guide.
Leaving hospitality wasn’t really about changing careers. It was about finally choosing myself. That decision completely changed my life.
Today I help other business owners make brave decisions too. Not necessarily to leave careers… But to stop hiding. Stop playing small. Stop building businesses that no longer fit the person they’ve become.
what ive learned
Starting a business teaches you very quickly that strategy isn’t enough. Neither is confidence. You need both.
I’ve worked with so many business owners over the last 5 years and the pattern is always the same.
The biggest breakthroughs happen because they finally gain clarity. Clarity changes everything.
It changes how you show up. How you sell. How you price yourself. How confidently you speak about your business. How you make decisions.
Everything becomes easier when you’re no longer trying to be everyone else.
