Over five years of running my own business and working with other business owners, I’ve learned that strategy alone isn’t enough. I can deliver strategy until the cows come home, but unless it’s backed by the thinking, conviction and willingness to make decisions, it might as well be sitting in a folder.
That’s why I’m not building a programme that simply teaches business owners how to grow. I’m creating an experience that changes how they see themselves, their businesses and what’s possible. One that gives people room to challenge their assumptions, make better decisions and build businesses that reflect what they actually want from success.
